JSAT Corporation and SKY Perfect Communications Inc. established SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation as their parent company and became its wholly owned subsidiaries. This move was approved at extraordinary meetings of JSAT and SKY Perfect Communications shareholders on February 9.

Consequently, JSAT and SKY Perfect Communications were delisted on March 27. In their place, SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation listed its shares on April 2 on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
