| Change in Launch Date for N-SAT-110 |

JSAT Corp. and Space Communications Corp. jointly announced that the launch of the N-SAT-110 communications satellite (CS) has been moved up to October 6, 2000 at 8:00PM at the Arianespace launch site in French Guiana. As a result, the launch will be at 8:00AM on October 7, 2000 in Japan. The revision was the result of a change in the order of launches by Arianespace. The N-SAT-110 launch was originally scheduled on October 13, 2000 at 8:00PM in French Guiana (October 14, 2000 8:00AM Japan Standard Time). |
